On March 4, 2017, members came together at the Roebling Wire Works Building in Trenton to hear about the organization’s activities over the past year, as well as plans for the coming year from PNJ’s President Scot Pannepacker. Our new Director, Courtenay Mercer, also gave remarks of welcome and relayed her goals for the organization’s growth. Zoe Brookes, Executive Director, of Trenton Circus Squad shared information about the inspiring organization, who is the primary user of the space we were meeting in. Finally, W. David Henderson, a PNJ Board Member and Principal of HHG Development Associates, gave a presentation about adaptive re-use as a preservation tool. David then led us on a tour pf the John Roebling and Son’s Company facilities & Roebling Loft project.
