A Conversation with Tim Sullivan, CEO, New Jersey Economic Development Authority
Thursday February 18th, 10AM via Zoom
For over a decade, Preservation New Jersey has been a leader in advocating for a state historic tax credit in New Jersey. Our organization has published op-eds, written white papers, organized letter writing campaigns and testified many times on the economic power of historic tax credits. There is still more work to be done on the credit and PNJ will be there to make sure this becomes the valuable tool for preservation that it can be.
Now with the recent important passage of the Historic Property Reinvestment Act in January 2021, we have a state historic tax credit program in New Jersey.
Preservation New Jersey seeks to provide timely information to our members and the wider preservation community on the goals, rules, and regulations around this specific act.
Preservation New Jersey will prepare questions in advance for our speaker Tim Sullivan, CEO, New Jersey Economic Development Authority and there will also be the opportunity for Q&A with Tim for registered attendees.
