NextGen Preservation Tour & Cocktail Event at Thompson Park Racing Stables

Join emerging leaders and seasoned professionals for PNJ’s spring NextGen Preservation Roundtable, a dynamic and interactive gathering at Thompson Park and their historic Racing Stables. This program brings together students, early-career professionals, preservation advocates, and cultural heritage organizations to explore the future of historic preservation in New Jersey and beyond.

The evening will include a special behind-the-scenes tour led by Monmouth County Park staff members Reagan Miller and Dorothy Reilly, offering rare insight into their newly restored Racing Stables, one of Brookdale Farm’s most iconic structures which has very recently been open to the public for view. After the tour, enjoy cocktails and light snacks during a relaxed networking reception, where participants can connect with peers, mentors, and leaders in the field and learn about what employment opportunities exist within the field of historic preservation.
