Preservation New Jersey welcomes information from the public regarding historic places throughout New Jersey that may be threatened, deteriorating, or otherwise in need of attention.

If you are aware of a preservation issue, such as a proposed demolition, neglect, inappropriate alterations, development impacts, or another concern, please complete the form below. Your submission will help us better understand the issue and determine whether Preservation New Jersey may be able to provide guidance, advocacy, or connect you with appropriate resources.

Please provide as much detail as possible, including the location of the property, a description of the concern, and any relevant background information. Photographs or supporting documentation may be requested as a follow-up if needed.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee that Preservation New Jersey can intervene in every situation. However, every submission will be reviewed and helps us identify preservation challenges across the state.
